You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Unless expressly authorized by APlus Mortgage LLC, you are prohibited from selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, publicly displaying, publicly performing, publishing, adapting, editing, or creating derivative works from such materials or content. Any systematic retrieval of data or other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from APlus Mortgage LLC is strictly prohibited.
Users are expected not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying APlus Mortgage LLC. Using APlus Mortgage LLC for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. Posting or transmitting through APlus Mortgage LLC any unlawful, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, abusive, harassing, harmful, threatening, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material is also prohibited. User shall be solely responsible for ensuring that their Account is not used in any manner that violates any state, federal, or other applicable competition law. User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APlus Mortgage LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, suppliers, and independent contractors, as well as their officers, agents, and employees from any economic harm resulting from a breach of these provisions.
APlus Mortgage LLC is provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, except for those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under applicable laws. Under no circumstances, and under no legal theory, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, shall APlus Mortgage LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, suppliers, independent contractors, or any individuals involved in developing or distributing APlus Mortgage LLC be liable for any economic harm resulting from the use of, or inability to use, APlus Mortgage LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, economic harm resulting from reliance on network content or any interruptions, work stoppages, computer failures, communication failures, deletion of files, errors, omissions, inaccuracies, defects, viruses, delays, or mistakes of any kind. In no event shall the total liability of the APlus Mortgage LLC parties exceed the total amount paid by the user to APlus Mortgage LLC for access fees and other charges within the last six calendar months.
APlus Mortgage LLC functions as a distributor, not a publisher, of network content provided, uploaded, published, or distributed by users and other participants. This content represents the views, opinions, statements, offers, and other material of the respective users, participants, or authors. APlus Mortgage LLC does not endorse, is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties regarding such network content or its accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. APlus Mortgage LLC is not liable for any economic harm resulting from or in connection with reliance on any such network content or for any economic harm associated with transactions between users or participants. Any products or services offered or sold through APlus Mortgage LLC by any person other than APlus Mortgage LLC are subject to terms and conditions solely between the user and such other person.
Each user is responsible for all activities and charges associated with the use of their Account by any person or entity. Users must ensure full compliance with this Agreement by all users of their Account. Users are required to inform all employees, officers, or agents accessing and/or using APlus Mortgage LLC of the terms and conditions governing such access and use. User’s Account with APlus Mortgage LLC may not be transferred without prior written approval from APlus Mortgage LLC and is subject to any limits established by APlus Mortgage LLC.
Users must take reasonable precautions to ensure the confidentiality of their assigned [password/User ID/Access Code] for access to APlus Mortgage LLC. Users are solely liable for any economic harm resulting from disclosing or permitting disclosure of their [password/User ID/Access Code]. In the event of such disclosure or other security breaches, users remain liable for any unauthorized use of APlus Mortgage LLC until written notice is delivered to APlus Mortgage LLC, and a new [password/User ID/Access Code] is obtained.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of the law, choice of law, or conflict of laws of any other jurisdiction.
APlus Mortgage LLC reserves the right to disclose certain personal information provided during registration to third parties for the purpose of providing information about their services and products unless you elect not to receive such communications during registration. You may request removal from our mailing list at any time. However, if you engage in transactions with third parties via APlus Mortgage LLC, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to those third parties. APlus Mortgage LLC may collect demographic information and information regarding usage and disclose such information to third parties while protecting your personal identity.
By agreeing to these terms of use, you consent to be contacted by APlus Mortgage LLC’s representatives via any communication mode regarding your inquiry.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APlus Mortgage LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, suppliers, independent contractors, officers, agents, and employees (collectively, the “Indemnities”) from and against any and all economic harm resulting from a breach of this Agreement. Users shall assume and control the defense and settlement of any action brought against any Indemnity in respect to which indemnity may be sought under this Agreement. Any fees and expenses of separate counsel employed by an Indemnity will be borne by the user unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either User or APlus Mortgage LLC may terminate User’s Account at any time, for any reason. Users’ obligations under this Agreement will continue to apply even after termination.
Leads on APlus Mortgage LLC may occasionally require replacement. We’ve automated the replacement request procedure. Replacement may be approved if the lead meets certain criteria, such as bad contact information, fictitious persons, or duplicates. APlus Mortgage LLC is not obligated to replace more than 30% of leads within a 30-day purchase cycle, and refunds are not provided. Replacement requests will be reviewed and approved or denied within two business days.
Any credits purchased within APlus Mortgage LLC expire twelve months after approval for use. Unused credits expire on the last day of the twelfth month after approval.
